The City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for design services to reconstruct the Water Street trail and retaining wall from Water Street to 6th Avenue as described in this RFP. Deadline for questions to: greg.bowe@eauclairewi.gov 12:00pm CDT, July 10, 2025 The City of Eau Claire is not liable for any cost incurred by proposers in replying to this RFP. The City of Eau Claire reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities in any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Eau Claire. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
