The City ofBranson West (City) is seeking the services of an Architecture firm (Consultant) for thepurpose of assisting the City with the development of a master plan for their facilities andgrounds. The master plan may include facility assessments, program statements, descriptivenarratives, and conceptual site plans and floor plans to document the renovations, additionsand/or new facilities contemplated for the future. The selected firm may also be asked todevelop preliminary design and construction schedules, as well as preliminary projectbudgets for the scopes of work included in the master plan. The contract from the City will be awarded to a singlefirm. The contract for services is anticipated to begin after October 1, 2025. The Cityretains, at all times, the right to cancel or withdraw this RFQ, to refuse to accept a submittalfrom any respondent and to modify or amend any portion of this RFQ. Notification will beprovided to all respondents involved in the RFQ process.
