**As of October 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Alliance Water Resources, with an awarded amount of $1,626.75.** Installation of 225 Water Meters . The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Bidders who wish to protest the award of the contract must present their protest to the Stone County. Water Meter Sizes and quantity: 3/4" = 184 1"= 3 2" = 2 4" =11 8" = 1 TBD = 24 Contractor must install 225 water meters and 520M Pit Set Radio within 6 months. Contractor must provide plastic lids designed to accommodate meter antenna installation per manufacturer design or customize existing lids to accommodate same. Contractor must notify affected customer of disconnection of service during installation. Contractor will be responsible for installing Sensus meters and radios per manufacturer installation and the activation of same. Contractor must record information from meter install sufficient to capture, service address, old/new meter serial numbers and usage reading, also capture GIS information including Latitude/Longitude.
