Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking Consultants for the provision of Design - HVAC services at following listed TCHC Various Locations (15 locations). Question Deadline 07/03/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online. Proponents must bid and submit pricing for all fifteen (15) locations to be considered for award. TCHC will be awarding each location separately to the lowest total priced submission. A single proponent can be awarded a maximum of three (3) locations. If a Proponent submitted the lowest price for more than three (3) locations, TCHC will determine which location will be awarded based on what is most financially advantageous for TCHC. In case there are less than five qualified bidders, TCHC may award more than three (3) locations to a Proponent. TCHC reserves the right to add/remove any of the locations listed without stating reasons. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Design and Engineering ("D&E").
