Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,489-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Construction of new single-story addition for housing of electrical generators. .2 Provision of new diesel-electric generators. .3 Removal and disposal of existing generators. .4 Demolition, removals, and renovation work as required to accommodate new addition. .5 Excavation and landscaping work. .6 Sequencing of work as indicated on drawings.
