The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and reject any and all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and forms subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Renovation of one residential buildings involving new bathroom and kitchen fixtures and finishes, building entry and stair hall renovation, new windows, roof repair and exterior masonry repair. Additionally, (1) Community Room will be renovated. The site, will be beautified and renovated with new native planting, hardscape, site furnishings, and repair of existing asphalt and concrete.
