Site work and new construction of a day care center in Madeira Park, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,445-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

The project consists of a wood frame structure for School District No. 46 (Sunshine Coast), in order to create 12 infant/toddlers and 24 three-to-five-year-olds childcare spots. The project includes work in three zones: within the fenced construction site, outside the fenced area, and limited work within the existing school building (only with prior approval and outside of school hours).
