Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Angeles, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will overlay Ahlvers Road from Peabody to Laurel and will include ditches and walking paths. This project changed from full curbing and overlay to a restoration project in 2016. Prior estimates were $1.745 million. As of September 24, 2025, The project is include in the City's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). A timeline for construction has not been scheduled yet. It is still in the conceptual phase. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
