Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Project Manager at Civil Southeast, PO Box 1900, Andalusia, AL 36420, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Escambia County Board of Equalization will meet at the Courthouse on a date in 2025. The date of the meeting will be approved by the Alabama Department of Revenue. Any taxpayer that wishes to protest the value of his or her property may file an objection in writing within 30 calendar days of the date of final publication of this notice (July 26, 2025). The taxpayer shall identify the property being protested and shall list his or her reasons for making an objection to the assessed valuation.
