The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Project Manager at Civil Southeast, PO Box 1900, Andalusia, AL 36420, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1985 and must submit with this bid satisfactory evidence of such license. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
