Description

Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,990-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 15,655-square-foot educational facility.

The Work consists of the construction of Additions and Partial Renovations to an Elementary School including all site and site utility work. Any questions relating to this Invitation to Bid should be directed to Architecture, Inc. at (703) 390-2077 SUBSTANTIAL AND FINAL COMPLETION DATE: Additions and Renovations to Pleasant Valley Elementary School: Phases 1A, 2 & 3 shall be Substantially Complete not later than August 2, 2026 Phases 1A, 2 & 3 shall be Finally Complete not later than August 23, 2026 The Project shall be Substantially Complete not later than October 25, 2026 The Project shall be Finally Complete not later than November 15, 2026
