**As of September 10, 2025, the project was awarded to MOI, with an awarded amount of $965,472.92.** If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. It is the goal of the Commonwealth that 42% of its purchases are made from small businesses Furnish, Deliver and Install Furniture in Carrier Library in accordance with specifications provided.
