System Size and Performance The proposed solar photovoltaic system must have a nameplate capacity at or near 479 kW or an equivalent system size that is capable of producing approximately 710,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) annually. Bidders must provide supporting documentation or production modeling to justify the estimated annual output. Additional Requirements Street Cut and Repaving The bid must include all required street cuts and full repaving necessary for electrical routing or system connections. These items must be itemized. Prevailing Wage Compliance: The project must comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Law. All work must be performed in accordance with prevailing wage rates as established by the state.
