The Contractor shall, pursuant to the terms of this AGREEMENT, provide all the supplies, materials, and equipment, and perform all the labor, services and supervision necessary and proper for (hereinafter called the "Project") in the City of Worcester, Massachusetts, and to accomplish any and all work incidental thereto Question: On drawing M 001 the control diagram and sequence call for DDC controls. Is it the intent for these units be tied into or controlled through the city's existing Alerton BMS system Answer: The units have integral factory mounted controls and will be connected back to the existing thermostats/control wiring. The intent is to maintain the existing controls strategies. Owner reserves the right to designate which entities involved in the Work must submit waivers. The Owner shall reject every general bid which is not accompanied by the required bid deposit, or which otherwise does not conform to the statutory requirements or the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all general bids which contains erasures, alterations, additions, errors or irregularities of any kind, or which contains proposed prices for any class or item of work which are, in the judgment of the Owner, substantially less or more than the actual cost to complete the work; provided, however, that the Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities as to form. Matters as to substance shall not be waived.
