Scope: provide professional hazardous materials abatement monitoring and inspection services for the Four ADA School Upgrade Locations for the entire duration of the project per attached specifications and requirements. 2 DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Work of this Section shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing and installation of the following: 1. The General Contractor shall retain the services of a Massachusetts licensed asbestos abatement contractor to perform all related work. 2. All labor, material, equipment, and services specified herein or reasonably necessary for anc incidental to removal and legal disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). 3. The complete isolation of the Work area for the duration of the Work so as to prevent asbestos contaminated dust or debris from passing beyond the isolated areas, removal, and disposal of ACM. 4. A lump sum bid for all required services included in Part 3. Unit prices included at the end c this Section shall be part of this bid subiect to addition and deductions to the lump sum bid. C.
