A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project consists of the installation of a new roofing system over the original modified bitumen roofing system. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. August, 2025) and shall complete the Work prior to October 31, 2025. Bidder shall submit with the bid form an estimated material procurement timeline along with an estimated construction timeline Installation of single ply retrofit roof system over existing low slope trapezoidal rib standing seam metal roof panels +/- 9,200 SF high gym roof. Roof system consists of TPO membrane (self-adhering), cover board, 1 1/2 " thick rigid insulation board and EPS flute fill insulation board. Mechanically attach to existing standing seam metal roof panels. B. Low roof lobby and locker rooms (+/- 5,200 SF) Removal of existing retrofit metal roof panel system constructed over original gravel surface bur with zonolite lightweight insulating fill over corrugated metal decking and bar joists. Install single-ply roofing system. Roof system consists of TPO membrane (selfadhering), coverboard and 1 1/2 " rigid insulation board mechanically attached to existing structural corrugated metal decking. Remove existing metal fascia panels and metal soffit panels; replace with new metal fascia and soffit panels. C. Install metal wall panels over existing exposed brick endwalls of high gym. D. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
