The project is expected to be awarded on January 8th, 2026** Statements of qualifications and proposals are requested from engineering firms with proven success assisting local governments with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Firms should be technically qualified and licensed in Georgia. The contract will include preliminary design services for a potential FY2026 CDBG/GEFA/EIP project, and, if funded, for engineering services to implement the project, which aims to provide water, street, and/or drainage improvements. Submissions should include firm history and resources, CDBG/EIP/RDF experience, key personnel qualifications, current workload, proposed scope and level of service, relevant project experience with references, fees for both Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and, if funded, Design and Construction Management Services, ability to meet the PER deadline, errors and omissions insurance, and a Statement of Qualifications Form.
