As of October 6, 2025, the previous RFQ listed below has been awarded to an environmental consultant. Information regardign a timeline for construction has not been determined. .................................. Research and prepare the appropriate environmental review and CEQA/CEQA+ compliance documents, and complete any required steps to obtain environmental clearance for water production well drilling and pumping plant construction and water transmission main projects as shown in the provided maps and described in this RFP. The scope shall include, but not be limited to the following: o Consultant shall prepare an environmental document to comply with California Environmental Quality Act + (CEQA+) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). o Consultant shall conduct a site visit, conduct cultural and biological resource surveys, and complete air quality modeling. o Consultant shall prepare a jurisdictional delineation report for potential California Department of Fish & Wildlife (CDFW), Porter Cologne & Clean Water Act (CWA) applications/permits. o Consultant shall draft and prepare a joint CEQA/NEPA document as necessary. CVWD will adopt and certify the final environmental document. o Consultant shall submit the draft environmental documents for CVWD review.
