Reference Number 0000390577 1. Annual inspections and repairs will be completed on an as needed basis when requested by Oakland County staff throughout the duration of the contract. Service may be requested for an individual piece of equipment, in batches or at specified frequencies. 2. Supply all qualified labor, equipment, and materials to perform annual certification and issue certifications of compliance for cranes and hoists. 3. Inspections shall be in accordance with MIOSHA standard - 1116 (05/05) and must include at a minimum, maintenance proper oil levels in gearboxes, lubricating the cranes, checking control panels, brake adjustment and minor repairs. 4. Any work beyond the specified inspections and minor repair will require a written quote to be presented and approved by authorized County staff prior to any work being done. 5. The Contractor will be responsible for any permits and inspection fees. 6. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and be consistent with the practice of the trade. 7. All labor and materials shall be in accordance with applicable building, safety, and fire codes.
