The Town of Fort Mill is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide the construction of one picnic shelter located at the Town of Fort Mill Steele Street Park and the construction of two picnic shelters located at Harris Street Park. Demo and remove the one existing shelter and concrete pad. Then pour 2 concrete pads, each pad should be 20 feet wide by 25 feet long and 4 inches thick. Each building (2) should be installed on each concrete pad; each shelter will be 15 feet wide by 20 feet long. The poles for the picnic shelters should be black metal and the roof of the picnic shelter should be green metal. One section of concrete sidewalk (15-foot x 4-foot x 4 inches thick) to be poured leading to one of the shelters. We encourage visiting the site. Pour one 20 feet wide by 25 feet long concrete pad. The concrete pad will be 4 inches thick. One picnic shelter will be installed on the concrete pad with dimensions 15 feet wide by 20 feet long. The poles for the picnic shelter should be black metal and the roof of the picnic shelter should be green metal.
