Reference Number 0000390912 The proposed project consists of approximately 0.65 mile of full width milling and resurfacing of Murray, Emmett and Forest Streets. The City of Taylor is soliciting sealed proposals for the CDBG Murray, Emmett & Forest HMA Resurfacing Project . This is a federally funded project and funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Work is anticipated to begin on or around August 1, 2025, with substantial completion expected by October 1, 2025.
