This contract is to include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct Lift Station for Williams Branch. Generally the work includes 1. Construction of sanitary sewer forcemain to be stubbed or connected as shown on plans in accordance with attached specifications and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality standards. 2. Construction of sanitary sewer lift station as shown on plans in accordance with attached specifications and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality standards. 3. Contractor shall remove construction debris from site that may be a result of his operations. All excess excavation will be stockpiled onsite per the stockpile exhibit. 4. The Contractor shall repair any damage to existing facilities and restore thenatural grades along the construction limits where applicable. 5. The contractor shall repair any damage made by the contractor to site. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than three (3) calendar days before the Bid opening. If a certified or cashiers check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening.
