The Project consists of: Preparation, repair, waterproofing, and painting of all buildings at site. The contractor is responsible for power washing all tilt-up concrete surfaces and filling all cracks using products equal to or better than those specified. For stucco areas, the contractor is responsible for inspecting and repairing any damaged stucco, patching as needed to prevent water intrusion. The contractor is also responsible for inspecting and repairing or replacing any dry rot or wood panel damage (T-111) on the portable buildings at each site. All work must be performed outside of school hours, and the contractor is responsible for ensuring that no disruption to school operations occurs. Work will be scheduled during after hours, weekends, holidays, and school breaks in October, December, March, and summer. The contractor is required to provide a 2-year warranty on parts and installation and a 15-year manufacturer warranty on applicable materials. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors license: B or C33 The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code.
