The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the "City", is requesting proposals from firms or individuals, herein after referred to as "Proponent" to provide Abatement Emergency Board Up Services to the City. The City is seeking proposals from firms or individuals to provide Abatement and Emergency Board Up Services. This solicitation is for the purpose of acquiring additional vendors to the existing rotating contractors list and will be Amended to Contract/StandardAgreement 424000014. Current Contractors DO NOT need to submit a proposal, and cancelled Contractors WILL NOT be eligible. Each Proposal shall be marked "PROPOSAL" and shall indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date, and shall be electronically delivered to the email address below at or before the hour stated. Each Proponent must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law. The City reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals received and re-advertise.
