The work is located east of Stockton. The work, in general, consists of repairing and resurfacing approximately 0.61 mile of roadway with asphalt concrete. Base Estimate Range between $255,000 and $310,000 A bid security of 10% is required from all bidders. The bid security must be in the form of cash, certified or cashier's check, electronic bond , or a bid bond in favor of the Department. Bid Security other than electronic bond must be received by the Department prior to the bid opening closing time specified above. A payment bond and a performance bond each 100% of the value of the contract are required from the successful bidder. The Contractor must possess a Class A or Class C-12 license at the time this contract is awarded.
