A detailed scope has not yet been determined. As of August 18, 2026, this project is included in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast Workload Projections and remains in conceptual design. Bids are planned for the selection of a design / build firm in March 2026. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is not expected to begin prior to first quarter 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
