The facility's infrastructure also requires substantial upgrades to support, improve, and enhance essential daily operations. The project site consists of two adjoining parcels owned by the County with a combined total land area of approximately 4.52-acres. The two parcels shall be combined into a single site for the design and construction of the proposed new fire station. The site plan shall allocate approximately twenty to thirty percent (20-30%) of the land area to be reserved for future expansion. This proposed new Pleasant Grove Fire Station will be designed and constructed using the Phased Design-Build (PDB) project delivery method. PDB was selected as the delivery method to allow the project to be completed in an expedited and cost-effective manner.
