The Village of Mount Prospect seeks Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms for Phase III Construction Engineering services for the construction of a new pedestrian bridge connecting Melas Park to Meadows Park over Northwest Highway (US 14) and the Union Pacific Railroad. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Blank Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
