Haverstick Creek Regional Detention Basin *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This work shall consist of furnishing, installing, and maintaining a pump around in accordance with the most-current Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specification section 105.03. The pump-around shall be part of the temporary erosion control plan and shall be constructed with the other temporary erosion control measures in accordance with 205. This work shall consist of the construction of a cast-in-place or precast reinforced concrete box structure and such parts of similar structures composed of concrete in accordance with these specifications and 105.03 the General Conditions and Contract Documents. The Contractor may be allowed to substitute a three-sided structure in accordance with 723 which shall be subject to a revision of the waterway permits, and shall be as 10 approved by the Engineer This work shall consist of constructing a reinforced concrete three-sided arch- topped structure or structure extension with headwalls and wingwalls, a reinforced concrete three-sided flat-topped structure or structure extension with headwalls and wingwalls, or a reinforced concrete true arch shape structure or structure extension with spandrel walls and wingwalls in accordance with 105.03 the General Conditions and Contract Documents. The reinforced concrete three-sided structure, structure extension, headwalls, wingwalls, footings, and spandrel walls may be precast or cast-in-place. This work shall consist of furnishing and placing tied concrete block mats, underlayment, topsoil and seeding in accordance with the general conditions, plans, and these specifications. The Contractor shall design, furnish, install, test, operate, monitor, and maintain a dewatering system of sufficient scope, size, and capacity to prevent groundwater flow into excavations and allow water and construction operations to proceed on dry, stable subgrades. The project is located in Washington Township of Marion County, Indiana, southeast of the intersection of East 91 st Street and Monon Trail. The project includes replacement of the twin CMP structures for the Haverstick Detention Basin with a 65' long, 5'-0" span and a 3'-0" rise box culvert. The anticipated invert elevations of the new structure are 769.32 at the inlet and 768.75 at the outlet. Additionally, a 9' by 9' box outlet structure will be constructed at the inlet of the proposed box culvert. Provisional permit for the removal of 82 trees from property conditional upon installation of 84 trees planted for mitigation. Removals have already taken place. Applicant will update DPW Urban Forestry with planting dates as project proceeds. The proposed project is located at 1231 E 91st St in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. The project will involve the replacement of the Haverstick overflow structure, culvert, and emergency spillway located on the south end of the property that is associated with the Haverstick Creek regional detention basin. The project includes the construction of an access road through the property for maintenance of the structure. The investigation area will include the property boundaries of 1231 E 91st Street on the east and south side and will extend approximately 180 feet west of the eastern boundary.
