The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Wallkill Fire District, Town of Shawangunk, Ulster County, New York, invites the submission of bids for asphalt sealing and restriping of the parking lots of the Firehouse, located at 112 Bona Ventura Avenue, Wallkill, New York, 12589. The lump sum price shall include all labor, materials, and equipment for asphalt sealing and re-striping of all paved areas at the Firehouse. The project shall include cleaning of existing surfaces to ensure maximum adhesion prior to placing sealer, filling all cracks with crack sealer, applying commercial grade sealer, and re-striping to match the current striping matrix. Surfaces adjacent to grass areas shall be edged prior to application of sealer. The area to treated is approximately 55,000 sq. ft. All bidders shall verify the square footage and inventory all striping for replacement in kind.
