Separate sealed bids on forms prepared by the Engineer will be received by the Town of Wallkill for the Town of Wallkill Pump Station SCADA Project in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by Pitingaro & Doetsch Consulting Engineers P.C. The project consists of the following: o Coordinate with the Town of Wallkill Supervisor or his/her designatee. o Industrial Place Pump Station Furnish and install a communications panel; Furnish and install circuits; Demolish existing Pump Station 2 control panel. oRoute 211 Pump Station Furnish and install a pump station controller; Furnish and install a communications panel; Furnish and install Unistrut structure; Furnish and install submersible level sensor; Furnish and install distribution panel and all associated circuit breakers, wires and conduit; Demolish existing control panel and float system. o Belmont Avenue Pump Station Furnish and install communications panel; Furnish and install Unistrut structure; Furnish and install circuits. o Brookline Avenue Pump Station Furnish and install pump station controller; Furnish and install a communications panel; Furnish and install Unistrut structure; Furnish and install submersible level sensor; Furnish and install distribution panel and all associated circuit breakers, wires and conduit; Demolish existing control panel and float system. o Northern Woods Pump Station Furnish and install pump station controller; Furnish and install communications panel; Furnish and install Unistrut structure; Furnish and install submersible level sensor; Furnish and install pump VFDs; Furnish and install distribution panel and all associated circuit breakers, wires and conduit; Demolish existing roto phase and distribution panel. o Bellvernon Pump Station: Furnish and install communications panel. o Canterbury Knolls Pump Station Furnish and install communications panel; Furnish and install distribution panel and all associated circuit breakers, wires and conduit; Demolish existing control panel and float system. o Western Avenue Pump Station: Furnish and install communications panel. o Provide SCADA integration and programming. o This project is funded with New York State Financial Assistance and is subject to MWBE and SDVOB goals and additional required documentation. o The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Wallkill as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
