Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Public Works Department, in cooperation with the cities of Mounds View and New Brighton (the "Cities"), seeks to obtain Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary and Final Design for two road improvement projects with construction planned for 2027. The County's current Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) approved by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners includes the 2027 construction of this project. Responses are being requested from qualified contractors/consultants. CERT Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
