The Plymouth City Hall Façade and Plaza Repairs project includes scope at the north elevation of City Hall and the east and west walls of the north facing plaza. Repairs include below grade waterproofing tie-ins, weather resistive barriers, through wall flashing and exposed waterproofing installations. Masonry, concrete and landscaping scopes are necessary to access the waterproofing elements. Deadline for Questions: Tuesday July 8th, 2025 by 12:00pm. Questions to be submitted to Amy Hanson at aehanson@plymouthmn.gov. Questions will be responded to by July 11th, 2025. The City of Plymouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
