The General Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the construction. Responding to the Request for Proposals This RFP is being issued as the second phase of the two-step procurement process initiated in RFQ 26-06 for General Contracting services for the Construction of Fire Station No. 3, closed on April 9, 2026. Only those Respondents who submitted and were pre-approved under RFQ 26-06 are eligible to respond. Proposals received from firms not previously shortlisted will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Pre-Qualified Respondents must obtain a complete copy of the Request for Proposals and submit all required forms as outlined in the RFP document with their response. The general scope of work for this project is the construction of Lake Wales Fire Station No. 3 located at 0 Nest Egg Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. The General Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the construction.
