The scope of work shall include, without limitation: construction materials testing, field surveying services, site work, septic tank and drain field system, fencing and gates, landscaping, irrigation, concrete, masonry, pre-cast concrete, polished concrete floors, miscellaneous structural steel, wood roof trusses, rough carpentry, cabinetry and countertops, insulation, metal roofing, joint sealants, doors, frames, finish hardware, overhead sectional doors, aluminum storefront entrances, aluminum storefront windows, framing, drywall, stucco, acoustical ceiling systems, flooring and base, tile flooring, rubberized athletic flooring, interior and exterior painting, flagpole, interior and exterior signage, lockers, bunker gear storage racks, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, bunker gear extractor, bunker gear dryer, kitchen hood, ice maker, appliances, roller shades, fire sprinkler protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, emergency generator, lightning protection, and fire alarm system. Subcontractors who previously submitted proposals for the Bradley Junction FRS should note that the building plans for Caloosa Lake are nearly identical in scope and layout. Prior bid experience on Bradley Junction may be used as a general reference for building-related scopes only. Important: The site work scope for Caloosa Lake is completely different from Bradley Junction and must be reviewed and priced independently. No assumptions or carryover pricing related to site work from the Bradley Junction FRS will be accepted. All bidders are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the Caloosa Lake plans and specifications and submitting pricing specific to this project.
