Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Lake Wales, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids will be received for the rehabilitation of three (3) and demolition/reconstruction of one (1) residential properties within the City of Lake Wales limits. The owner, in cooperation with the City of Lake Wales, reserves the right to reject any one bid or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City of Lake Wales and the Owner. No contractor or subcontractor may participate in this work if ineligible to receive federal or state funded contracts.
