As of December 3, 2025, an engineer has been selected, and this project is in early design phase. Design is projected to be completed in August 2026. It is anticipated bidding will commence in August 2027. Construction is expected to commence late 2027, with a projected duration of two years. This project is included in the Polk County's FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
