Award will be on April 22, 2026 The City of Lake Wales is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified construction companies as a part of the prequalification process for the construction of Fire Station No. 3 at 0 Nest Egg Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. A shortlist of the most qualified firms will be selected from this process and invited to submit bids. All persons and firms wishing to submit SOQs must obtain a complete copy of the Request for Qualifications and submit all required forms as outlined in the solicitation document with their response.
