The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the Procurement and Installation of 35KW generator, automatic transfer switche plus installation at various work sites located within the Cherokee Nation Reservation in Oklahoma. The Cherokee Nation reserves the right to award to more than one firm with multiple purchase orders. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. 35KW Generators, automatic transfer switches plus Installation: 1 . Contractor will be responsible for all equipment, supplies and services 2 . 35KW 120/220V Single Phase Natural Gas Generator 3 . Outdoor rated service rated automatic transfer switch Generator start up services 4 . 2 year Warranty and service on generator 5 . Concrete pad for generator 5 1/2 " thick by 6 ft by 14 ft 6 . Install chain link fence around generator and pad wit 36" access gate. 7 . Dedicated 1" fuel line from natural gas meter to generator 8 . Install service line between building and generator up to 100 ft Contractor is responsible for all permits, fees, and final clean up. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies and supervision to complete the entire project.
