Reference Number 0000390946 This project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, brick pavement, sidewalks, and driveway approaches as the partial reconstruction of Stowe Street. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids.
