Reference Number 0000394714 Furnishing and installing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) in deteriorated storm sewer pipes in varoius locations within the City of Jamestown Question Acceptance Deadline 08/08/2025 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. *The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved. The Project consists of furnishing and installing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) in deteriorated storm sewer pipes at various locations within the City of Jamestown. Work locations are described within the Description of Bid Items and shown on the drawing in the back of this project manual. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the OWNER and must be received by the OWNER five or more business days prior to the date set for the receipt of Proposals. If an interpretation is deemed necessary or appropriate by the OWNER, the interpretation will be in the form of an Addendum to the Contract Documents and when issued will be on file at the offices of the OWNER and the CONSULTANT at least twentyfour (24) hours before Proposals are opened.
