Renovation of a municipal facility in St Marys, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Corporation of the Town of St. Marys is looking to contract a Bidder to perform the inspection and replacement of steel, if necessary, on the salt shed located at the Municipal Operations Centre in St. Marys, Ontario (408 James St. South, St. Marys, ON N4X 1B6). Inspection of the fasteners located on steel siding, flashing and the roof will be necessary; tightening or replacing if required. Damaged steel replacement will only be required for the siding and flashing. Question Deadline 07/04/2025 The Bidder shall direct any and all questions relating to this RFQ via the Towns website at Town of St. Marys Bids and Tenders no later than five (5) days prior to the closing date
