REFERENCE: 53409TT PUBLIC TENDERING The City of Perce is seeking tenders for the work described briefly below: Reconstruction of a 1490 m section of the station road, including excavation of the existing road, installation of a new pavement structure and asphalt overlay. Decohesioning of the paved surface, improvement of the structure and laying of bituminous asphalt over a 1,000 m section of the 2nd row. Cleaning, digging and reprofiling ditches. Pavement marking. Replacement of 5 existing culverts on Route de la Station, 2 existing culverts on Route 2 and 1 culvert on Rue Windsor. Installation of guardrails. Site restoration and repairs to rear roads. Related work. The Ville de Perce does not accept electronic submissions. The deadline for receipt of complaints is July 4, 2025. The Ville de Perce reserves the right not to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and to remove certain parts of the contract. In addition, the Owner shall not be liable for any proceedings or claims for costs or losses incurred by the bidders as a result of such decisions. GIVEN AT PERCE, this 23rd day of June 2025
