Indigenous employment clauses will be included in the tender. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. The Ministry intends to release a tender for repaving Highway 16 from the Lashburn Access to the Marshall Access, for a total distance of 15.49 km. Approximately 33,000 tonnes of EPS Asphalt Concrete will be required to complete the work. Indigenous employment clauses are planned to be added to the contract documents (the Bid Form) as stated within the advance notice document.
