Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Agency is seeking an experienced Paving, Concrete and Site Restoration Vendor to assist in ongoing site upgrades and improvements at various facilities throughout the Region of Peel. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: - The installation and maintenance of hoarding, dust protection, and construction signage around each phase of work. - Localized removal and dispose of existing asphalt pavement and granular base/sub-base material as directed by the Agency. - Adjustment of catch basin grate level to match asphalt sloping as directed by the Consultant. - Installation of a new granular base and sub-base specifically designed for the use (i.e. passenger vehicles, trucks) complete with the supply, installation and compaction of new asphalt pavement within the area of work. New asphalt pavement to be Light Duty or Heavy Duty as shown on the Contract Drawings. - Installation of new hot poured rubberized joint seal between new and existing asphalt. - Localized removal and replacement of deteriorated curbs and sidewalks as directed by the Agency. - Installation of below grade weeping tile connected to existing catch basins to improve site drainage as directed by the Agency. - Repainting of parking stall lines, curbs and directional arrows within the area of work to match existing. - Localized removal and replacement of existing retaining walls as directed by the Consultant. New retaining walls to be segmental retaining walls. Work to include localized removal and reinstatement of existing guard or railing on top of retaining walls. Supply and install new guard or railing to match existing. - Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Vendor shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Agency. - Final cleaning of structure, fixtures, piping, etc., and the disposal all waste products and/ or debris generated by the construction activity as well as any material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the Work.
