Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

2025 CDBG Street Improvement Project To include approximately 6000 square yards of asphalt milling and approximately 6000 square yards of asphalt paving & appurtenance. The Owners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A Certified Check payable to the City of New Kensington, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder as acceptable surety, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid must be included with each bid.
