Firm is Invited to Submit a Bid Under Seal to the Owner for Furnishing and Installing the Cr41 Water Line Extension in Cherokee County for Northeast Alabama Water, Sewer Fire Pro-tection District. The Following is a Short Descrip-ion of the Project: De-scription: Provide and Install Approximately 1,100 Linear Feet of 12 Nch Ductile Iron Water Ine, 18,000 Linear Feet of 12 Pvc Class 250 Water Line, and Appur-tenances for Water Line. Project Location County Road 75 in Cherokee County, Alabama The Owner Requires the Project to Be Completed in 120 Calendar Days From Date of No-rice to Proceed. Bidders Shall Submit Your Bid on the Bid Form Provided. With each substitution request, provide sufficient information for Architect/Engineer to determine acceptability of proposed products. Substitutions have to be submitted at least 14 days prior to Bid Date Direct questions in writing to Curtis H. O'Daniel, Jr., P.E., at the office of the Engineer; fax # 256-217-4159 or email: codaniel@greenhilleng.com All Bidders Whether in State or Out of State, Shall Provide a Copy of Their Alabama General Contractor Li-cense With the Bid Packet for Their Bid to Be Considered. Your Bid Will Be Required to Be Submitted Under a Condition of Irrevocability for a Period of 60 Days After Submission the Owner Reserves the Right to Accept on Reject Any or All Bids.
