The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as-needed temporary traffic control services for various operations as needed by the Materials Section as well as the Location and Design, and other sections of the Northern Virginia District, to support a VDOT Operation or highway related emergencies, within the Northern Virginia District, in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
