Site work and paving for a road / highway in Weston, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Weston Road Paving Program Work includes specified paving on approximately 5.1 miles of roads and delineated road segments. Questions about this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted to Larry Roberts, Director of Public Works at lroberts@westonct.gov. Bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. A Payment Bond in the full amount (100%) of the contract price will be required. The Town reserves the right to reject bids for any reason; to waive informalities and technicalities; and to accept the bid which the Town deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest cost bid. The Town reserves the right to review the bids and reject all bids, or take no action, or elect not to select any bid. The Town also reserves the right to cancel the bid at any time and to reissue this or a substitute Invitation to Bid at a later date.
