Project Description: We are looking for a contractor to assist us in altering the existing deck at our Agate Beach to make it ADA accessible to allow for a Mobi mat installation and make our beach available for all. We currently have steps leading to the beach and would like to replace with a system of ramps. Material Specications - Must use TREX decking. Please include timeline of construction and estimated completion dates in the bid. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
